1. Ready Made Orders by email, online, telephone or post are not returnable. However if a wedding or event is cancelled 10 weeks before the event date or date the order was asked for and the order has not been sent out yet 1/2 the amount will be refunded. Negotiations after these dates will not be entered into.
2. We cannot accept responsibility for colour or texture variations of materials.
3. As all our favours are handmade there may be slight variations amongst the designs, making each one unique.
4. Periodically lines may be discontinued and we reserve the right to alter designs and prices.
5. No returns will be accepted arising from an error on the part of the buyer unless at our discretion.
6. Please note returns are not accepted on perishable items ie confectionery, chocolate etc. or made up favours or gifts containing perishable items
7. Please email or telephone before ANY item is returned.Claims on shortages and damage must be made within 7 days
No refunds can be made on used goods opened packets or incorrect numbers on made up favours or personalised gifts.
8. Ready made designs are sent approx. four to six weeks before your event unless an earlier or later date is agreed.
9.While we try to get orders out as soon as possible at busy periods we will prioritise by dates of events, so please help us by stating event Dates etc.
10. Please enclose telephone number or email address as it is amazing the number of details that are missed off order forms.
11. All orders must be signed for and a suitable delivery date will be arranged when the order is ready for dispatch. As most of the contents are perishable they cannot be returned due to non-receipt of signature.
